Join us for the next event in our Sunday Supper Series. Jason Barton Brown,  Chef at Hayloft in Airdrie,  joins Jamie in the kitchen. They are aging some TK Ranch Beef in Beeswax and experimenting with honey...  No protective gear required!

*SUNDAYS ARE CORKAGE-FREE*
We encourage you to bring your own wine (at no extra charge) for Sunday Supper.
 Our wine and cocktail lists are also available.

Jason is a born-and-raised Calgarian with roots throughout Alberta. His culinary journey has taken him many places, including the illustrious kitchens of Chez Panisse in Berkley, St. John and Fat Duck in London and 2 Michelin Star Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxford. In between adventures, Jason often returned to our own River Café, where he was a valued member of the team there. We are very happy to be collaborating with Jason for this amazing dinner.
